The main difference between Neo and YC classic is that Neo utilase dedicated virtual private servers to run caster software. This server has its own IPv4 address and is used to serve only your casters.
YC classic caster are kind of communal. So many users use the same caster. It is to apply some limitations on mount points and clients names, sources table show other users bases and so on.
@siradams No. It is not possible now and we have no plans to implement such functionality. Technically you can count the number of simultaneous connections on your side and just refuse a new connection if the limit is exceeded.
