I found how it works now. But when I use RTKLib to simulate base and rover, it will stop work when I enable rover NMEA upload. If I disable rover NMEA upload in RTKLib, it works fine.

I download the windows version YCCaster and run it on windows 7/10, but it does't show the installation process or any available window. It just pop out a terminal window!
