I am registered as email@example.com.I have been working well since 2021 until I tried to tried to do a survey yesterday but the system only worked for sometimes and then stopped.
I accessed your website only to find that the system has changed completely without you advising us on the same despite that we are stakeholders.
I have tried to enter my credentials without getting through.what would be the problem.
@johniewanje I apologize for inconvenience. We announced the system upgrade in October 2022. And since then, both systems have been running in parallel, until January 9, 2023. So that users can migrate their mount points and clients to the upgraded system.
Please use the password reset form if you are unable to log in.

@ilya I'm having a similar issue where i don't see my mount points and clients that were created prior to the migration. I believe that I created new ones correctly but how can I bring the other ones over. Really miss the classic view.
@ilya,Thank you for the prompt reply.I am able to log into the system and have created a new Mount point and clients and I have put all the necessary parameters both in YouCors and my Trimble Access Controller.The base only works for two minutes and then disappears.
@ilya ,If you were to check the system now you will find that the Mount Wanjau is transmitting but the connection for the client is not opening.This is so frustrating! What could possibly be the problem?

I agree, I should communicated this transition better. But without shutting down the old system we could not move forward. There will be no breaking changes in the foreseeable future.
The next big step for YC will be a mobile app.
